FAQ

In order to fully implement the primary responsibility for safety production, prevent and defuse production safety risks, and ensure the personal safety of employees and the stable production of the enterprise, recently, our factory has organized a special safety training and a comprehensive safety hazard inspection campaign throughout the factory. This further strengthens the safety awareness of all employees, standardizes production operation procedures, and builds a solid safety defense line.

This special action is divided into two parts: safety training and hazard inspection. In the safety training part, industry safety experts were invited to give lectures. They focused on key contents such as fire prevention in the glass processing workshop, electrical safety, equipment operation procedures, protection for high-altitude operations, emergency response procedures, and occupational disease protection. Combined with typical accident cases in the industry, they provided in-depth and easy-to-understand explanations, enabling all employees to deeply understand the importance of safety production, master the safety operation skills of their positions, and prevent violations and improper operations.

During the hazard inspection phase, the enterprise's management takes the lead, and the production department, equipment department, and security department jointly form an inspection team. They conduct a comprehensive and thorough inspection without any blind spots on key areas such as the tempering furnace, high-pressure vessels, cutting equipment, electrical circuits, fire protection facilities, workshop ventilation, and raw material storage. Any identified safety hazards are recorded in a ledger and must be rectified within a specified time frame to ensure early detection, early handling, and early elimination.

Our factory has always prioritized safety production. We have established a regular safety management mechanism and regularly conduct safety training, emergency drills and hazard inspections to create a safe, standardized and orderly production environment. In the future, we will continue to strengthen safety responsibilities, refine safety management measures, ensure that the safety alarm rings constantly, and achieve the goal of simultaneously managing production and safety protection without any compromise.
