1.What are the main differences between your company's PVB film and EVA film?
The core differences between our PVB (polyvinyl butyral) film and EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) film lie in three aspects: material properties, application scenarios, and core advantages. The PVB film is made from plasticized polyvinyl butyral resin and additives, and it has excellent transparency, tensile strength, and adhesion. It is mainly used in safety glass fields such as building laminated glass and car windshields, effectively blocking ultraviolet rays, providing sound insulation and heat insulation, and preventing glass fragments from flying when impacted. The EVA film has good flexibility, is resistant to aging, and has strong adhesion to glass, metals, etc. Its light transmittance is over 91%. It is mainly used in solar cell component encapsulation and curved glass laminates, providing functions of light transmission, moisture-proofing, and UV resistance, and ensuring the lifespan of the components. Both products comply with international quality standards and can be customized according to customer needs.

Yes, our products have obtained multiple international authoritative certifications, including ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification, TUV NORD Certification, SGS Environmental Certification, etc. Among them, the PVB film meets the standards for building and automotive applications, with a haze of ≤0.6%, tensile strength of ≥20MPa, and elongation at break of ≥200%; the EVA film meets the standards for solar module encapsulation, with a light transmittance of over 91% in the 380-1100nm wavelength range, and the bonding strength with glass and backsheet is ≥60N/cm. All products comply with environmental requirements such as RoHS and REACH, and can smoothly pass import inspections in various countries and regions.
