In order to adapt to the market development trend, meet the increasing demand for orders, and enhance the level of production intelligence and product precision, our factory has recently completed the intelligent upgrading and transformation project of the tempered glass production line. The project has now been fully put into use. The upgraded production line has significantly increased its production capacity, improved product quality, and enhanced processing efficiency. It can efficiently undertake various large-scale construction projects and batch-customized glass orders.

This upgrade and transformation has introduced advanced equipment such as fully automatic CNC cutting machines, intelligent tempering furnaces, and automated edge grinding and cleaning lines. It has replaced old production capacity and achieved full-process automation and intelligence control for the entire glass processing process, from raw material loading, cutting, edge grinding, tempering to finished product transportation. Compared with traditional production lines, the intelligent production line not only reduces manual intervention and lowers operational errors, but also precisely controls tempering temperature, cooling speed, and improves the flatness, strength and light transmittance of tempered glass, effectively reducing stress spots, breakage rates and other problems. 

After the upgrade, our factory's annual production capacity of tempered glass has significantly increased. We can process various types of tempered glass with large sizes, irregular shapes, thickening, and other specifications. At the same time, by combining with our independently produced interlayer films, we can quickly deliver high-quality interlayer glass products. Currently, our factory has received orders for glass supply for multiple municipal projects, commercial complexes, and high-end residential projects. With our efficient delivery capabilities and excellent product quality, we have received unanimous praise from the project parties. In the future, our factory will continue to promote the upgrade of intelligent manufacturing, optimize the production capacity structure, and fully guarantee the material requirements for various key engineering projects.
