Our factory has carried out energy-saving technological renovations on high-energy-consuming equipment such as tempering furnaces and pressure reactors, optimized the operating parameters of the equipment, adopted waste heat recovery systems and intelligent temperature control technologies, reduced electricity and heat consumption, and decreased carbon emissions. At the same time, we upgraded dust removal, noise reduction, and wastewater treatment equipment in the workshop, collected, classified, and recycled the glass waste residue and wastewater generated during the production process, achieving solid waste resource utilization and zero wastewater discharge, effectively reducing the impact of production on the environment. 

In terms of raw material selection, our factory prioritizes the purchase of environmentally friendly and low-pollution raw sheet glass and film materials. We refuse inferior and harmful raw materials. The laminated glass and tempered glass products produced by us all comply with national environmental protection standards and possess advantages such as sound insulation, heat insulation, and energy conservation. They are suitable for use in green buildings and energy-saving projects.
